Client Advisor – Seasonal Part Time (20h/weekly) | Rome

Role Overview

We are looking for a Seasonal Client Advisor Part Time (20h/weekly) from November until January to join our team in Rome. As a brand ambassador at our boutique, you will provide exceptional customer service, showcase our collections, and contribute to visual merchandising.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador to boutique clientele.
• Welcome, advise, and handle sales for local and international clients.
• Present the Stone Island universe and detail our collections.
• Provide personalized advice to meet client expectations and requests.
• Manage after‑sales service and ensure follow‑up with clients.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and product rotations.
• Acquire in‑depth product knowledge and actively contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles in fashion retail or hospitality; knowledge of luxury retail is a plus.
• Understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, and product sensitivity.
• Service‑oriented, strong communication, team spirit, and independent work capability.
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility.
• Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
