CTP Srl cerca un Scientific Strategist Med Ed per progettare e supervisionare progetti educativi nel campo sanitario, lavorando a stretto contatto con opinion leader.

La figura avrà responsabilità di gestione scientifica, coordinamento di training ed eventi, e interfaccia con professionisti sanitari in diverse aree terapeutiche, con disponibilità a viaggiare. Si richiede laurea scientifica e almeno 3 anni di esperienza.

• Conoscenza delle normative ECM e dei processi formativi sanitari.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare percorsi educativi basati sull’analisi del target e sui bisogni formativi.
• Progettare e redigere programmi ECM e non ECM, supportando costi e budget.
• Gestire scientificamente training, Advisory Boards, congressi ed eventi educativi.
• Coordinare progetti ed eventi sia in presenza che in digitale.
• Interagire con opinion leader, medici e professionisti sanitari in diverse aree terapeutiche.

CTP (Culture, Thinking & People) provides accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs that serve as a benchmark for improving clinical practice, patient care, and quality of life. We design programs tailored to different healthcare professionals and clinical specialties, ensuring the highest level of updates in clinical practice, scientific research, and healthcare management.

We are looking for a Scientific Strategist Med Ed with a central role in design, management and scientific supervision of educational projects in the healthcare field, working closely with opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Development of educational pathways based on deep analysis of the relevant target audience, understanding the learning needs;
• Design and draft of ECM and non-ECM educational programs, including support in cost estimations and budget preparation;
• Scientific management, planning and coordination of ECM trainings, Advisory Boards, congresses, workshop and educational events in general;
• Scientific coordination and supervision of projects and events, both in-person and digital;
• Direct interaction with different stakeholders, such as opinion leaders, physicians and healthcare professionals across different therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of ECM regulations and healthcare education processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Ability work independently, managing workload and effectively prioritizing tasks;
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset;
• Team player with leadership capabilities;
• High level of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to grow and contribute within a dynamic and growing organization.
• Availability to travel

What we offer:

• Compensation: € 38.000 - € 44.000 gross annual salary (the final compensation package will be determined after the interview process, based on candidate's experience and seniority);
• Contract Type: full time contract regulated under the italian CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (H011);
• Benefit: daily meal vouchers and health insurance;
• Remote work policy.
