Job summary

LU-VE Group in Lombardy, Italy seeks an SAP Solution Specialist to support the SAP FI/CO area. You will report to the Business IT Solutions Manager in the ICT Department (based in Uboldo, VA) and contribute to enhancements and go-live support.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a degree in a relevant field, and fluency in English and Italian. The position offers smart working options, company canteen, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and the FI module; CO module is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Job description

We are looking for a SAP Solution Specialist to support LUVE that will report to the Business IT Solutions Manager and will be part of ICT Department. ICT Team is based in Uboldo (VA).

Mission of the role

Manage and analyze enhancements in the SAP FI/CO area through and in-depth knowledge of the processes and their analysis.

Responsibilities

Management and analysis of enhancements in the SAP environment, including the following activities:

• Gathering and correctly interpreting requests/needs from the relevant business users;
• Analyzing business processes related to the intervention and assessing the technical feasibility of the application solution;
• Analyzing data obtained from monitoring and system test activities, providing any necessary corrections/improvements;
• Preparing technical documentation;
• Supporting end users during the go-live phase of the software changes;
• Supporting users in carrying out daily activities.

Qualifications and experience

At least 5 years of work experience, preferably gained in IT service or consulting companies working on projects for client organizations, or in medium-to-large manufacturing companies engaged in improving processes through IT systems. International experience is appreciated.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or similar
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and the FI module; knowledge of the CO module is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Preferred knowledge of Business Intelligence applications
• Good understanding of Finance and Management Control, Planning and Reporting processes in complex manufacturing companies, including skills related to consolidated financial statements
• Preferred knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Finance
• Language skills: English and Italian expertise is mandatory both spoken and written at middle-high level. Other languages are appreciate.

The indicative gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €60.000,00 - €68.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level. The compensation package also includes a company performance bonus. The applicable collective labour agreement is CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, which provides an annual welfare benefit of €250.
