SkillRecruit is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Consultant to join the AMS Support team in Italy. You will provide functional support for SAP SD/O2C, handle incidents, implement changes, and drive process improvements across Order-to-Cash.

The role requires close collaboration with business users and global stakeholders, with remote work and periodic travel within Italy.

Role Overview

Experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Consultant to join AMS Support team in Italy. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, change request implementation, and continuous process improvements for the Order-to-Cash business processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support Activities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify process improvements.

Functional Expertise

• Manage end-to-end O2C processes including:
• Customer Master Data
• Inquiry and Quotation Management
• Availability Check (ATP)
• Delivery Processing
• Transportation & Shipping
• Billing and Invoicing
• Returns Management
• Credit Management
• Intercompany Sales
• Support integration with MM, FI & WM systems.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD/O2C functionalities in S/4HANA.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for developments and enhancements.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Coordinate transport management and production deployments.
• Support SAP release upgrades and system enhancements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with local and global business teams.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation.
• Participate in governance meetings and provide status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of SAP SD/O2C consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Delivery & Shipping
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Returns Processing
• Customer Master Data
• Experience in AMS/Support projects.
• Strong issue-resolution capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of integration with FI, MM, and WM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Understanding of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and APIs.
