Job summary

BearingPoint, Inc. is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work with an international team to analyze processes, define requirements, and support end-to-end delivery across Milan or Turin.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, assessing current processes, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. Travel domestically and internationally may be required, and English is essential with Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting on SAP projects.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise systems
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and present recommendations.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; English required; Italian an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Assess current processes, identify improvements, and define future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, flows, user stories, and clear docs.
• Support fit-gap analysis and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities against client needs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants and technical teams for end-to-end integration.
• Contribute to test planning, data validation, training materials, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies; support delivery of outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships and clearly communicate project information.
