Role and responsibilities

Avvale is looking for a SAP Retail Team Leader to join our project team and support key transformation initiatives for our clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP Retail , excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation within dynamic, international projects.

He / she will join one of our offices, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project streams within the SAP Retail domain, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines;
• Design and implement solutions within SAP Retail, ensuring quality and best practices;
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations;
• Support all project phases — from design and realization to testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation proposals within the SAP practice.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP Retail implementations;
• Proven experience in SAP project ;
• Solid understanding of S / 4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI‑CO, CAR, etc.);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
