The successful candidate will work closely with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP FICO solutions and mentoring junior consultants. Ideal applicants have hands-on experience with three end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of SAP best practices.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, delivering high-quality SAP FI solutions, and act as a trusted business advisor.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP FI Solution Focus: Leading technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions to meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involved in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging the latest SAP technologies.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP FICO, including design, configuration, and deployment aligned with client requirements.
• Track record of at least three end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations covering project preparation through go‑live.
• Experience as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, guiding junior team members and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes and workflows (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, cost centers, profit centers, internal reporting).
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and implementation.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, embedded analytics) and ability to apply them to solve business challenges.
• Experience leveraging new S/4HANA functionalities for process streamlining, reporting, and digital transformation.
• Good English language proficiency.
