Your Role and Responsibilities

As Team Leader you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP FI Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

  • Strategic SAP FI Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.
Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP FICO configuration, including the ability to design, configure, and deploy SAP solutions according to client requirements.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 full end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations, covering all phases from project preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, to go‑live.
  • Experience performing in roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes and workflows, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and internal reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize client business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organizational objectives.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including migration, configuration, and implementation in real client environments.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations, such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and embedded analytics, and ability to apply them to solve business challenges.
  • Experience in leveraging new S/4HANA functionalities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enable digital transformation initiatives.
  • Good English.
