A leading paper and packaging company is looking for an SAP FI-CO Functional Analyst to provide specialist support in the Finance area within the IT team. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, overseeing development activities, and supporting financial process optimization. Candidates should have around 5 years of SAP FI-CO experience, strong knowledge of SAP ECC, and good English skills. The position is offered in Milan or Verona with occasional travel.

The role includes working closely with the current internal point of contact in managing daily activities, analyzing business requirements, and coordinating external partners from a technical standpoint.Over time, your responsibilities may expand to include other systems within the finance domain (particularly D365 F&O).**Your responsibilities will include:*** Functional Analysis: gather requirements from business users and produce detailed technical and functional specifications for corrective and enhancement initiatives.* AMS Governance: act as the technical interface with the external provider (AMS), overseeing development activities and ensuring the quality of releases.* Operational Support & Optimization: work closely with Finance and Controlling departments to optimize existing processes.* Testing & Quality Assurance: manage and support testing phases (UAT) for newly introduced functionalities.**The skills and experience we are looking for:*** Approximately 5 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO functional consultant;* Strong knowledge of SAP ECC customizing and Finance/Controlling processes;* Good level of English;* Strong technical background, with the ability to independently manage requirement analysis and coordinate technology partners;* Nice to have: knowledge of Kyriba (or other treasury systems) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O); experience with system interfaces and integrations, as well as knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations, is preferred;* Availability to travel occasionally.**What you can expect from our selection process:**Selected candidates will meet with the Talent Acquisition team, the Group IT Manager Finance & Procurement, and the Group IT Director.**Location: Milan or Verona**We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.We are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
