NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a senior SAP Data Cloud specialist to provide end-to-end support for the SAP BD C ecosystem, monitor data flows, and resolve integration issues. You will manage Datasphere models, SAC dashboards, and Databricks integrations while supporting AI/ML pipelines and BI applications.

You will collaborate with finance and HR stakeholders, ensure data quality across BDC layers, and drive proactive improvements through root-cause analysis and change management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience developing microservices.
• SAP BDC certification or willingness to obtain it shortly after joining.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Databricks integration and AI/ML pipeline support.
• Techno-functional expertise for managing change requests and configuring business logic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

• Deliver AMS support for Business Warehouse Cloud models, queries, and integration with SAC or third-party systems.
• Support Intelligent Applications in the BDC ecosystem, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Assist with Business AI operationalization, monitoring AI/ML models, and drift issues.
• Work with business users to resolve data quality and transformation issues across BDC layers.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive actions for recurring incidents.
• Support change management, testing, and deployment activities for enhancements or configuration changes.
• Deliver functional support (Finance and HR) and enhancements for Intelligent Applications with stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP Business Data Cloud, including monitoring data flows and resolving integration issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot SAP Datasphere data models, data flows, and replication tasks to ensure data integrity across connected systems.
• Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, storyboards, and planning models; handle data connection issues (live/import) and user access.
• Monitor and manage SAP Databricks integrations; assist in supporting AI/ML pipelines and data science notebooks.
• Deliver AMS support for SAP Business Warehouse Cloud models, queries, and integration with SAC or third-party systems.
• Support Intelligent Applications in the BDC ecosystem, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Assist with Business AI operationalization, monitoring AI/ML models, and triaging prediction accuracy or drift issues.
• Work closely with functional and business users to resolve data quality and transformation issues across BDC layers.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive actions for recurring incidents across all solution areas.
• Support change management, testing, and deployment activities for enhancements or configuration changes.
• Deliver functional support (Finance and HR) and enhancements for Intelligent Applications, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and configure business logic.

What You’ll Bring Along
