A growing digital Wealth Management company based in Cagliari is seeking a Salesforce Engineer (Apex Agentforce) to manage the integration of Salesforce across various business systems. This role offers an entry-level position within a friendly culture that encourages personal development and teamwork. You'll be working primarily from home and participating in team meetings bi-weekly in the Cagliari office. Compensation is competitive at up to €40,000, along with additional perks such as health insurance and personal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Salesforce Agentforce integration across a range of internal business systems (Marketing, Sales).
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineers as well as business teams within an Agile team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce development skills with Apex.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, with integration experience.
• Collaborative and proactive; enjoy working with different teams.
• Fluent English; Italian a benefit but not required.

Work From Home policy

You can work from home most of the time but must be able to get to the office in Cagliari twice a week for team meetings.
