Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst with deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Manage business documentation, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while contributing to the design and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Design and manage test cases, coordinate UAT sessions, and ensure successful sign-off.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud, including: data model design and management; setup and configuration of service processes; Flow and mobile flow creation and optimization.
  • Work closely with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to change management efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, mobile flows, and configuration.
  • Experience in managing documentation, test cases, and UAT processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant) are highly desirable.
