A leading global healthcare technology company is seeking a Training & Education Manager to design and implement training programs for the Advanced Surgical Technologies team. This role involves identifying training needs, delivering effective training, and fostering collaboration within a multicultural environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in medical device sales or training delivery. The job requires significant travel across Europe.
The Training & Education Manager will have a significant impact on the success of Advanced Surgical Technologies’ growth across the region by executing technical, clinical and skill training focused on sales, system implementation and customer support. This position reports into Western European Surgical Sales Training and is a strategic and executional role supporting critical commercial team operations across the region.
Offering an exceptional opportunity to build on clinical or sales experience and develop the skills for upward or lateral roles, the successful individual will design and deploy training programs for new employees that support Advanced Surgical Technologies business initiatives. They will also partner with local field management to support ongoing sales team development.
The work location within Europe is flexible but candidates must be prepared to travel up to 50% across the region. Significant time will be spent delivering hands‑on training at the IRCAD training center located in Strasbourg, France. Occasional international travel will be required.
