Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Sales Trainer responsible for developing the commercial and relational skills of sales teams across the brand’s retail network. Through on‑the‑job coaching, training sessions, and operational support, this role enhances both individual and team performance, fostering a strong sales culture focused on customer experience and consistent with the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit stores regularly to observe, assess, and strengthen sales team performance.
  • Provide personalized coaching to Sales Assistants and Store Managers, focusing on selling techniques, clienteling, and customer management.
  • Lead in‑store training sessions and workshops on best commercial and behavioral practices.
  • Identify training needs and design individual and team development plans.
  • Support Store Managers in enhancing their commercial leadership and team motivation.
  • Ensure alignment of sales behavior and service standards with the brand experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and Retail departments to design and deliver training materials and development programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through KPIs and qualitative feedback.
Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • A coaching certification is considered a plus.
  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the fashion/ready‑to‑wear or premium/luxury retail sector, preferably in Store Manager or Trainer roles.
  • Strong skills in sales, training, and both individual and group coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong results orientation and focus on people development.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with digital training tools and reporting systems.
