The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian and English, possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and demonstrate strong communication skills. The role is focused on ensuring sales operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the Sales team in all operations.
• Ensure communication flows correctly between departments.
• Execute weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Check commission plan setups on affiliate platforms.
• Prepare graphics and presentations for client meetings.
• File all contracts and invoices.
• Request missing materials from clients.
• Attend trade and networking events as needed.

WHAT YOU LEARN?

• Be the main support for the Sales team to run all sales operations smoothly and timely
• Ensure a correct flow of communication with the other departments
• Execute standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the Team
• Check correct set up of commission plans on affiliate platformss
• Prepare graphic material and presentations for meetings with clients
• File contracts and invoices for the confirmed agreements with clients
• Request missing codes, offers and images to clients
• Attend trade events and networking events when required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Italian and English - this will be tested during the interview process;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a similar technical field;
• Positive,Problem-Solving attitude;
• Excellentwritten and oral communication skills;
• Able to work ina fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably the Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry
