Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Department: Sales

Company: Leading Technology Company

Location: Remote (within Portugal)

Start Date: 5th June 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Work Schedule

Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months

Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months

Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months

Allowances & Benefits

Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day

Transport Allowance: 20 per month

Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months

Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

Who You Are

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools. Skilled in communication and multitasking. Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude.
