We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist chemical procurement, order and shipment operations: preparing offers and PIs, entering and tracking orders, coordinating samples, collecting TDS/SDS/CoA, booking logistics under incoterms, and keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

Requirements (must-have)

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data accuracy
• Experience in B2B procurement, logistics or customer operations

Preferred (nice to have)

• 3 years in chemical distribution
• Familiarity with TDS / MSDS, and basic incoterms; documents like CMR - B/L - AWB
• Bachelor’s in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
