Sales Support Officer

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to work in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up and monitor hedging activities for national and international industrial customers.
  • Interface with internal departments: Regulatory, Billing, Finance, IT, and Credit Risk & KYC-AML.
  • Track monthly gas and electricity index updates and report to billing IT systems.
  • Calculate monthly final prices of energy components for invoicing and update the internal CRM.
  • Manage client relationships, handling requests or claims about technical bills and contracts.
  • Operate the IT portal for customer support: create and update contracts, monitor customer data, and maintain master records.
  • Provide forecast analysis and final reports to portfolio clients.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodity sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data management abilities.
  • Innovative, digital‑oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, quick learner.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
