Italian Sales Specialist | Fintech | Cork

Onsite in Cork, Ireland

Salary

€31,000 gross per year + Uncapped Monthly Commission

Hours

Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm (No weekends!)

Overview

You will need to manage your pipeline to effectively identify all suitable prospects. You will guide these prospects through the sales cycle to achieve your sales targets and increase your bonus earnings (uncapped bonus). In consultation with both high and low volume businesses, you will provide demonstrations on the financial products on offer and advise on the benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle leads and guide businesses through the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly activation targets and boost your earnings with an uncapped bonus.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Strive to investigate and qualify all leads received, and route relevant leads to dedicated teams for further support.
  • Consult with businesses to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Discover the overall business objectives of our client, and articulate our client value proposition to the customer.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Strong sales mindset with a results‑driven approach
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills to be able to establish customer relationships and offer long‑term targeted solutions.
  • Results orientation, as you will be driven to achieve top results by achieving and over‑achieving set sales targets. You will be confident in engaging all available resources to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Strong interest in and capability with technology, you will be comfortable explaining technical information to customers and creating custom solutions to meet their needs (experience is a plus!)
