About the Role

We are looking for an Internal Sales/Sales Specialist in the Dell Business Unit. The person will be responsible for Dell portfolio, providing, selling and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions and closing orders.

The person we are looking for is able to sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition and able to develop partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)

What You Will Do
  • Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
  • Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
  • Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”.
  • Management of end-to-end projects or hands over to presales for technical requirements
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience with Dellportfolio
  • Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills

  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
  • A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
  • IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
