About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager based in Italy to lead our business development efforts in the lawn mowing and pool cleaning equipment sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Italian distribution landscape, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key industry players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian market
  • Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, retailers, garden centers, pool service companies, and other relevant partners
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and market engagement
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and market demands
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for the Italian market
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback to support strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Solid network or understanding of distributors, retailers, or service companies in the Italian market
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and remotely
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Ability to travel within Italy when required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field is a plus
