Infinity Consulting is a Global Sales & Marketing Consultancy Firm, operating in B2B markets within the manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a motivated and truly passionate Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team through a structured training program. The role will provide hands-on experience in sales administration, lead generation, and key strategies to acquire and retain new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data and market trends from different databases and sources, creating reports and visual presentations.
  • Reach out to potential leads via multiple channels (email, phone, messaging, social media).
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to design and implement lead generation strategies, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Promote and sell products (industrial machinery) and services, representing the brand professionally.
  • Negotiate with prospects using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and close win-win deals, ensuring added value for customers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing and building ideas with colleagues.
  • Meeting sales targets contributing to the company's overall revenue targets.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including digital archiving, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and deliver individual or group sales presentations when required.
  • Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Previous sales experience preferred; alternatively, proven track record in conceptual selling and / or new product launches.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish or additional languages will be a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset, self-starter, able to work towards continuous improvement within a team environment.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, well-organized, flexible, and adaptable to challenges, even under pressure.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with an out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with CRM / PM tools is a plus).
  • Passion for the industrial / automotive / HVAC industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Driving license (Category B).
  • Willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally, for client meetings and trade fairs.

  • Contract type : Freelance / VAT contract.
