Overview

Concentrix Italy is recruiting a Sales Specialist to support sales and revenue growth in the general market, with a preference for candidates with experience in BPO and knowledge of the Italian Market.

This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Support : Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research : Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategy adjustments.
  • Client Presentations : Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients, customizing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Performance Tracking : Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategy execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the Energy sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
Desired Experience
  • Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the BPO sector
  • Experience as a Sales Consultant is advantageous.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with a hybrid work setup.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings.
