A fast-growing travel tech company is seeking a Sales Representative in Venice to drive sales efforts remotely. Your future team

Become a key member of our Verona Sales Team while working remotely from Venezia. As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in Verona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team. As a key member of the Verona team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.

Your role in this journey

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
  • Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
  • Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
  • Travel to our Verona office for one working week per quarter, (accommodation costs covered by the company) to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.

Your backpack is filled with

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince our hosts both on the phone (cold calling) and face to face.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organised way.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business.
  • Near native Italian skills and fluent English skills.
  • Drivers licence and personal vehicle for business trips.
