Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven, people‑oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our analytical instrumentation portfolio in the Veneto region.

Responsibilities
  • Drive core solutions in Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy.
  • Develop and maintain professional sales relationships with customers.
  • Manage existing accounts by strengthening business relationships and introducing new products and workflow solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
  • Working understanding of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, particularly as applied in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Fluent Italian language skills.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar sales role is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong self‑management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
