Overview

Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Sales Representative for a healthcare company.

The Sales Rep role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the client portfolio, the management of bids, and the development of business in the assigned area.

This permanent position is responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies in order to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within the geographical area of Puglia.

What you will bring
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Scientific University Degree
  • Ability to work towards sales goals with an excellent understanding of strategic account development
  • Strong understanding of the tender process and pre-tender activities
  • Excellent negotiation skills with good knowledge of the healthcare system and the relevant stakeholders involved in selling and tender processes
  • A natural ability to sell, educate, and inform, with ease in building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Experience in remote and digital sales is an advantage
  • English knowledge at B2 level
