We’re excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Direct Account Salesperson to lead growth across our diverse portfolio of Construction Products. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, driving innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

The salesman is ideally based in the geographical area and he will be part of our Italian KA team, reporting to our Contractor Direct Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in straight our market presence in Center/South Italy and empowering our sales by:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share and deliver sustainable profit growth.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and emerging market segments
  • Market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and performance
  • Monitoring portfolio targets and tracking progress toward sales objectives.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts.
  • Team player attitude, collaborating with other Company structures

What you bring:

We’re looking for an experienced salesman with consistency in diamond tools market, with sawing, drilling and surface preparation background collaborative environment and brings:

  • Experience in working with Key Direct Account.
  • Strong business development skills, from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office and CRM application.
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Autonomy in planning customer visits, willing to travel extensively in the assigned area, but also abroad for trainings and corporate events.
  • Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written, to enable communication with headquarters.
