A remote trading education company based in Dubai is seeking a Sales Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for their international sales teams. The ideal candidate has experience in hiring sales roles, possesses excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a remote environment. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and directly impact the company's growth. Applicants should be fluent in English, and knowledge of Forex is a plus.

We’re now looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our growing HR & Recruitment team. If you’re passionate about connecting great sales talent with exciting global opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end to end recruitment for our international Sales teams as well as other operational roles
  • Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple regions and languages
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Recruiter and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, job posts, and recruitment dashboards using Google Sheets and other tools within Google Workspace
  • Track and organize candidate data manually with high attention to detail (we currently do not use an ATS or HRIS system)
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks related to onboarding, contracts, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow
  • Participate in refining internal recruitment processes and help shape Falcon’s talent culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in recruitment, especially in hiring sales roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Forex or trading environments is a plus, not mandatory
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish or Italian)
