SALES RECRUITER (m/w/d)

As a Sales Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the operational team, working closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies. Your role will combine strategic talent acquisition with hands‑on involvement in recruitment marketing campaigns, data‑driven decision‑making, and direct engagement with prospective agents.

Key responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top real estate agents using proactive sourcing methods, direct outreach, and referral programs.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
  • Market & Data Analysis: Analyze real estate market trends, recruitment performance metrics, and agent data to refine hiring strategies.
  • Operational Involvement: Actively contribute to the execution of recruitment campaigns, working in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Establish strong connections in the real estate industry to create a steady pipeline of top talent.
Your profile:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, or business development, ideally within real estate or sales‑driven industries.
  • Hands‑on mindset with a proven experience to execute and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to attract and convert experienced professionals.
  • Experience in digital recruiting and employer branding, including job platforms and social media outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly customer‑oriented, with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
