Overview

SALES PROMOTER SETTORE TELECOMUNICAZIONI | BONOLA | MILANO | MI role at Cosine Italy. This position involves supporting customers, promoting telecom services, and assisting with the activation of offers for new and existing users, as part of a partnership project with ILIAD.

Responsibilities

• Preside over a customer corner after training, promoting services and fiber offers to new users using vending machines, and provide support to those already fidelized.
• Engage with users to explain available services and solutions.
• Activate offers that best meet user needs.
• Assist users during every stage of purchase and post-purchase support.
