An international aerospace company based in Naples is seeking a Sales & Programs Officer to join their development Programs Management Office. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant engineering degree and experience in managing development programs. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in English, are essential. This full-time position involves interfacing with customers and preparing key performance reports.

For our headquarter in Naples we are looking for a Sales & Programs Officer to join the development Programs Management Office (PMO) in a growing and highly challenging environment.
Previous experience in the management of new development programs is highly desired.
The development PMO supports the Program Manager to manage and control the Program, oversee its activities, performances and progress. Visibility reports with specific indicators (KPI, Key Performance Indicators) are prepared to allow the Program Manager to manage and control the Program, take decision and launch actions. The final scope is to satisfy the Customer, meeting the expected performance levels (on time, on quality) and the internal program profitability expected levels.
