The resource will support the Sales Support function by identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce manual activities and improve process efficiency through automation and data‑driven tools. The role focuses on analyzing workflows, designing automation solutions, and developing dashboards to enhance operational visibility and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current Sales Support activities and processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automation flows using tools such as Power Automate, with a focus on data processing, reporting and task orchestration.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.
• Document processes and provide training/support to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance and control mechanisms within the Sales Support area.

Background

• 5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Operations Transformation department
• Experience in insurance sector projects is a plus.
