We’re looking for a passionate and driven professional to strengthen our Ancillary Sales & Service Delivery team.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • 2 Years of progressive experience in Operations counter.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of your time with base in the Northen Region of Italy.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills utilizing MS Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Motivational Person to like new challenges.
  • Good communications skills and approach with people.
Your new role:

You’ll report to the Head of Ancillary Sales and Service Delivery and will be responsible for analysing data and identifying opportunities to be able to create specific action plans about Ancillaries and Customer Service. Couching Managers and training new joiners, motivating them to reach their goals. You will be responsible for the Southern and Eastern regions of Spain.

Responsibilities:
Sales/Customer Service
  • Act as an internal expert and partner with Operational Leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness and customer service behaviours for the customer’s positive rental experience.
  • Partner with operational leadership to support the local strategies implemented by the sales performance management team and local management supported by the consistent service & sales behaviours of the ancillary program.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of effective customer service and sales concepts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and holds self and others accountable for excepted results of their area of responsibility. Essential that best qualified candidate possess strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Performance Analysis
  • Demonstrates an ability to determine root cause analysis and utilise resources to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Work cross functionally between various departments to help measure, analyse and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities.
  • Identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrate an ability to get to the root of a problem and utilise resources to provide appropriate solutions as well as addressing issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates an ability to determine root cause analysis and utilise resources to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Work cross functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities.

Coaching/Training
  • Coaches & develops sales performance managers in their role to be able to maintain the processes, tools & their local management development of the program.
  • Execute local sales training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniques in partnership with cross functional training departments in country.
  • Develop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources.
  • Effectively and efficiently coach others on specific sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate an ability to coach one on one and hold individuals accountable for results and prove timely and specific feedback to improve performance.
  • Able to build trust and rapport with others to deliver results and interact positively and professionally with all levels internally and externally.
