Posizione

PLAY A KEY ROLE WHERE YOUR SKILLS MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations to join the Sales Enablement area of the Lutech Group. The selected candidate will play an active role in the operational governance of sales, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of commercial processes. They will participate in the creation and management of reporting, providing valuable contribution to budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with other corporate functions.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Analysis: reporting, KPI monitoring for all Group companies and definition/implementation of new corporate reporting.
  • Forecasting activities and pipeline monitoring.
  • Budgeting support.
  • Support for Business Development and commercial activities with clients.
  • Support in preparing outputs of the Sales Incentive Plan for the entire commercial area.
  • Analysis, implementation and improvement of sales processes.
  • SFDC CRM responsibility, with functional evolution analysis for possible developments and implementations.
  • Daily support in operational governance for all Sales functions, all levels and Legal Entities of the Group.
  • Customer Base analysis and mapping of Customer Value for all Group Legal Entities.
  • Deal Governance processes.
Requisiti
  • Holder of a STEM or economics degree.
  • Strong relationship orientation.
  • Initiative spirit and excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
