• Managing contract execution and sales order processes
• Coordinating with HQ and local teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Handling customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
• Preparing reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
• Issuing commercial invoices and monitoring payment flows
• Overseeing credit insurance and mitigating payment risks
• Collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence

What You Bring :

• Experience in operations or the solar / energy sector is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics
• Familiarity with invoicing and shipping processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Italian business administration
