• Manage contract execution and sales order processes
• Coordinate with HQ and local teams for seamless project delivery
• Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
• Prepare reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
• Issue commercial invoices and monitor payment flows
• Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks
• Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in operations or the solar / energy sector is a plus
• Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics
