Sales Operation Specialist - Italy (Part-Time 35hs weekly)

Join Sungrow Europe as a Sales Operation Specialist. This part‑time role focuses on supporting sales teams, managing contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations.

Your Mission
  • Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
  • Support Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts.
  • Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, and sales team to ensure project delivery.
  • Communicate with customers on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.
  • Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Issue commercial invoices and work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection weekly.
  • Manage credit insurance line and control payment risk of shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, reporting, and process improvement.
Your Profile
  • Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in international trade highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in ERP, MS Office and general computer use.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian business administration.
  • Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level), Mandarin a plus.
