Sales Operation Specialist - Italy (Part-Time 35hs weekly)
Join Sungrow Europe as a Sales Operation Specialist. This part‑time role focuses on supporting sales teams, managing contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations.
Your Mission
- Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
- Support Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts.
- Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, and sales team to ensure project delivery.
- Communicate with customers on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.
- Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Issue commercial invoices and work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection weekly.
- Manage credit insurance line and control payment risk of shipments.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, reporting, and process improvement.
Your Profile
- Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus.
- Experience or knowledge in international trade highly valued.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in ERP, MS Office and general computer use.
- Basic knowledge of Italian business administration.
- Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level), Mandarin a plus.
