A leading luxury fashion brand in Milan is seeking a Sales Manager to act as a Brand ambassador. The candidate will collaborate with store management, enhance client experiences, and drive sales through superior service. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, fluency in Italian and English, and expertise in CRM and stock management. This position offers the chance to influence store operations and mentor sales staff.

Competenze

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.

  • Visual and Merchandising techniques are required.

We are currently looking for aSales Manager to join our team at Rinascente (Milano). As a Sales Manager, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store management to meet sales budgets and enhance client experiences.
  • Coordinate Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) activities.
  • Serve as a role model for sales staff and brand ambassador.
  • If a Key Holder, prioritize client service, meet sales targets, and manage operations.
  • Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Execute tasks set by management efficiently.
  • Support staff in achieving targets and enhance performance.
  • Analyze KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Assist with CRM activities and monitor sales trends.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and product displays.
  • Coach staff on sales skills and brand knowledge.
  • Oversee stock and cash operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus
  • Minimum 5years of relevant experience in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business
  • Visual and Merchandising technique
  • Stock management methods and techniques
  • CRM methods and procedure
