Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and implement the commercial strategy for the Renewable Energy and Utility market, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor and actively participate in tenders and bids, ensuring competitive and high‑quality proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support business planning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Transform key clients into strategic partners, driving sustainable growth in revenue, market share, and product adoption.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Expand the customer base within the Renewable Energy and Utility sectors.
  • Ensure the achievement — and where possible, the overachievement — of company sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the energy, renewables, or utility sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset combined with analytical thinking and a results‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
