SALES MANAGER - POLAND

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, who will act as a point of reference for the growth of our company in Poland. The ideal candidate is an autonomous and proactive professional, capable of creating and consolidating strategic relationships with EPCs, investment funds and other relevant market players. The main objective is to generate new customer contracts for large-scale projects to grow the company until it becomes the reference in the Polish market.

THE COMPANY

Soltigua SRL, based in Gambettola (Forlì-Cesena), is a leading company in the design and supply of state-of-the-art solar trackers. For over a century we have been committed to technical and innovative excellence, with a consolidated presence in the international market. Our goal is to collaborate with key partners in the PV tracker industry to build large-scale plants.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage relationships with EPCs, investment funds and entrepreneurs active in the photovoltaic sector.
  • Identify and generate new qualified leads and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Promote and sell Soltigua products, with a focus on large-scale photovoltaic plants. The current average size of our plants is 30 MW, but the goal is to increase it to optimize actions and maximize results.
  • The initial priority is to build relationships and contacts directly to consolidate the direct presence on the market. Subsequently, if useful to generate better and faster contracts, a network of local signallers and agents can be developed.
  • Monitor the local market and provide strategic feedback to the company on trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Ensure respect for the company's values and history, maintaining strong alignment with Soltigua's headquarter.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in the PV industry (trackers, transformers, inverters, BESS, solar panels).
  • Consolidated portfolio of contacts with EPCs, investment funds and entrepreneurs in the photovoltaic sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and results orientation.
  • Competence in managing complex and long-term business negotiations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and of one or more local languages.
  • Willingness to travel frequently in the country and occasionally abroad.
  • Preferable residence near a proven solar hub of the country.
  • Ability to work independently, while maintaining a strong link and coordination with the parent company.
