We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our passionate team in Italy.
Our services include comprehensive PR strategies, editorial content creation, media events, press trips, branding, and social media management. Al designed to generate high-profile editorial coverage and support bookings and sales.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business relationships across Italy and beyond. You will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with potential clients who align with our luxury portfolio, primarily in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle and travel sectors.
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with prospective high-end clients, including luxury hotels and lifestyle resorts.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Arthouse PR's client base in Italy and key international markets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique PR and marketing needs to propose tailored solutions.
Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling, bespoke proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business partnerships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and editorial teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and strategy alignment.
Market Insight: Stay informed of industry trends in luxury travel, lifestyle, and property to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role within the luxury sector (PR agency experience is a plus).
Deep understanding of the luxury travel and hospitality markets in Italy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both English and Italian; additional languages (Spanish, German) are a benefit.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a professional and personable approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team from a remote base, with a willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
