Full-time. Location: Milan, Sales Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Execution of Pre‑Qualification/Qualification procurement processes for EPC/O&M vis a vis structure prospects (e.g., IPP, Utilities, etc.)
  • Manage the presales activities for EPC and O&M tender from RDO requirement analysis to full budget consolidation and commercial proposal.
  • Coordination of customer enquiries and appointments.
  • Work in synergies with local and central teams to evaluate tender requirements.
  • Cold‑calling new customers & partners as well as taking over and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Participation or representation of the company at trade fairs or other sales events.
  • Contract negotiations with the customer.
  • Carry out sales activities and actively track sales figures and targets.
  • Monitor trends and competitors on the market.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or completed commercial studies.
  • Several years of experience in sales/presales or comparable positions in EPC/O&M.
  • Proven track record in preparing/reviewing budgets for EPC deals and consolidated experience structuring and defining the cost structure of EPC deals.
  • Strong knowledge of PV suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ability to analyze market data and interpret financial reports.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Good skills in using MS Office products.
  • Fluent English and Italian skills.
  • Soft skills: empathic, communicative team player (m/f/w) with an independent and results‑orientated way of working, confident manner and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
