A growing tech firm is seeking a Sales Manager for the Italian market, responsible for turning leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and strong CRM skills, preferably with Hubspot. Working closely with the local and HQ teams, you will develop localized sales strategies to resonate with trades professionals. The role is based in Milan and supports hybrid work. As a our first Sales Manager (f / m / d) for the Italian Market you turn Italy into plancrafts next growth engine by converting high-quality inbound and outbound leads into enthusiastic long-term customers and by shaping a scalable localized sales motion that truly resonates with Italian trades professionals. You collaborate closely with the BDM Italy Expansion Lead and the future Country Lead to refine messaging sharpen the demo experience and build the commercial foundations that power plancrafts expansion across one of our most strategic markets.
