Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and secure business by working closely with the Key Accounts and distributors in Technical Superstores Channel.
  • Develop new business with prospective Key Accounts in Buying Groups Channel.
  • Increase and improve the direct customer relationships and have a strong presence at all levels of the organization of key accounts.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned Key Accounts that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts.
  • Coordination of the core marketing activities and monitoring the sell-through results.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Your profile
  • Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances or IT industry, ideally with existing network in retail.
  • A proven background in managing the technical superstores (UniEuro, Mediaworld…), the buying groups (Euronics, Expert, Trony) and distributors.
  • Knowledge of complete sales cycle, from planning/forecasting to sell-in & sell-out management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results against business plans.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
  • Capable to work in an international environment.
  • Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization.
  • Native level Italian and fluency in English in written and verbal.
