Our client, a leading company in vehicle fleet management solutions, is looking for a Sales Engineer.
Frequent trips in Italy, with a 3‑month integration period at the Lyon headquarters (2 weeks per month).
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the company’s sales in Italy. With your commercial attitude and relational skills, you will actively research new clients and tailor offers to their specific needs.
You will be responsible for negotiating prices and conditions, drafting proposals, and finalising contracts with rigor. You will ensure that all commercial transactions are recorded in the internal management system and closely follow the development of your client portfolio.
You will also respond to tender procedures and report independently to management.
You will represent the company at trade fairs and events to strengthen its market presence.
Finally, you will maintain regular contact with your clients to ensure their satisfaction and the quality of after‑sales service.
5+ years of B2B experience, especially in asset management (leasing, fleet management, meal vouchers, etc.) or employee mobility. Excellent prospecting and negotiation techniques and solid experience working with fleet managers and purchasing managers.
Fluent in Italian and good command of English and/or French.
You possess a collaborative spirit that enables you to integrate into a sales team based in Europe.
