What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high ROI potential.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support production scale-up by aligning commercial efforts with operational capacity.
- Represent Tsubaki Nakashima at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Travel required : 40%+, primarily across Europe to meet customers, attend events, and support business development.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in injection molding, with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes.
- Technical or engineering background — ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high‑performing sales pipelines.
- Fluent in Italian and English — essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
