A leading power management company is seeking a Sales Manager IAM to drive sales growth in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a BS/MS degree in Engineering or Business and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry. Strong proficiency in financial management and excellent customer relationship skills are essential. Knowledge of the aftermarket sector and willingness to travel are required. This role offers an opportunity to develop strategic plans and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, Aftermarket preferred.

As the Sales Manager IAM, you will report to the Regional Sales AFM Leader Europe and be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy in the Independent Aftermarket Channel across assigned European countries.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel in the assigned countries in Europe
  • Customer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and competitive information for new products and systems
  • Cost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints.
  • Performance Reporting: Evaluate and communicate customer performance, and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, Aftermarket preferred
Skills
  • Financial Expertise: Strong proficiency in P&L management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the aftermarket sector and its customer base.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with at least one additional European language.
  • Value Proposition: Proven ability to design and effectively communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
