At least 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. Fluent in Italian with a good command of English. Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari.
