GETINGE Italia is looking for its future an experienced SALES MANAGER CRITICAL CARE SOUTH (M/F/D) to drive the growth of our ventilation, anesthesia, and intensive care product range.

Strategic role: Take full ownership of sales development in a high-potential region.

Your responsibilities
  • Strategy & Organization (30%)
    • Develop and execute Sales & Pricing strategies with the Sales Force.
    • Set data-driven sales targets, ensuring market opportunities are maximized.
    • Oversee territory coverage and optimize sales execution.
    • Prepare sales, margin, and forecast reports for management.
    • Drive training & development to enhance team performance.
  • Sales & Business Development (70%)
    • Build and maintain strong customer & key account relationships.
    • Support the Sales Force in generating profitable opportunities.
    • Manage tender processes and offer creation.
    • Represent the company at events, conferences, and key meetings.
    • Monitor performance and optimize sales operations.
The ideal candidate
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
  • Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari.
