We are looking for a highly motivated and technically oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in complex technical solutions to strengthen our Building & Construction business in all Italian territory (increasing the actual market share, penetrating new verticals, and using new sales channels). The position will play a strategic role in expanding Marioff’s presence in the building construction market—targeting infrastructure projects (such as offices, hotels, hi‑rise buildings, cultural heritage, etc.). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of fire protection systems with proven sales leadership in complex B2B environments. They will be responsible for driving growth, building long‑term client relationships, and delivering tailored HI‑FOG® Water Mist solutions for building applications.
